We're here to make your next move simple

Business Team working together

We strive to provide a clear, stress-free and professional service.

In a nutshell, Conveyancing in Victoria is the legal and statutory transfer of Real Estate from one person or entity to another. We liaise with all parties involved in the transaction, including your mortgagee, Banker or Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Agent and the other party’s Conveyancer to ensure a smooth and successful settlement.

Our ROLE

Our role as your Conveyancer includes the preparation, execution, verification and lodgement of the numerous forms, declarations and deeds required to transfer your property. We use plain English rather than technical legal terms and, although a Solicitor is not required, we have two Solicitors who have decades of property law experience who are available to assist us if ever necessary.

Protecting your legal interests

Sargeants Glen Eira & Monash holds Professional Indemnity Insurance to provide our clients with the highest level of protection and we participate in regular professional development courses to keep our skills and knowledge up to date.

We recommend speaking to a Conveyancer as soon as you decide to buy or sell and never to sign anything without your Conveyancer’s advice. When purchasing, we offer our clients a free Pre Purchaser Contract Review, contact our office on (03) 9557 0707 or click the button below below to contact us online and we will phone or email you to discuss this free service further.
